Reporting directly into the executive leadership team, you will own the global performance marketing strategy, driving profitable customer acquisition, revenue growth and marketing efficiency across multiple international markets. This is a high‑impact leadership role with genuine influence over commercial strategy, digital investment and future growth.

The Opportunity

As Global Head of Performance Marketing, you will develop and execute a world‑class acquisition strategy across paid media, affiliate marketing, SEO, CRM performance initiatives and emerging digital channels. Working closely with Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, Creative, Data & Analytics, Product and Finance, you'll combine analytical excellence with creative thinking to build scalable, profitable growth while preserving a premium brand experience. You'll lead a talented in‑house team alongside agency partners, continuously testing, optimising and identifying new opportunities across established and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the global performance marketing strategy across all digital acquisition channels.
  • Own significant multi‑million‑pound media budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment and sustainable growth.
  • Drive customer acquisition, lifetime value, retention and overall digital revenue performance.
  • Lead paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, influencer performance, SEO and other customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Develop robust attribution, measurement and reporting frameworks to inform investment decisions.
  • Champion experimentation, A/B testing and continuous optimisation across the customer journey.
  • Build best‑in‑class forecasting, budgeting and commercial reporting capabilities.
  • Partner with Ecommerce to improve conversion rates, customer journeys and digital trading performance.
  • Work alongside Brand and Creative teams to balance performance with premium brand storytelling.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing global marketing team.
  • Identify emerging technologies, platforms and AI‑driven marketing opportunities to maintain competitive advantage.

About You

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven digital marketing leader who thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments. You’ll bring:

  • Significant experience leading global performance marketing within premium consumer, luxury, beauty, fashion, lifestyle or high‑growth ecommerce brands.
  • Proven success managing substantial paid media budgets with measurable commercial impact.
  • Deep expertise across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, affiliates, SEO, CRM performance and attribution.
  • Strong understanding of GA4, analytics platforms, customer data and marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Experience leading international acquisition strategies across multiple territories.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong forecasting and budget management skills.
  • A data‑led mindset balanced with creativity and customer obsession.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with experience building and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence executive leadership.
