Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the day-to-day HR function, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all people processes.
  • Own the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development and exits.
  • Develop and deliver a forward-thinking HR strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organisational effectiveness and workforce planning.
  • Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies across the region.
  • Champion culture, values, and DE&I initiatives.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring best practice and risk mitigation.
  • Drive performance management and leadership capability across all levels.
  • Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative function.
  • Utilise data and insights to inform decision-making and measure HR impact.

Key Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at executive level.
  • Experience scaling teams and building organisational capability.
  • Passion for culture, people experience, and inclusive leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law (EMEA exposure beneficial).
  • Data-driven with a strategic yet hands-on approach.
  • Experience within beauty, retail, consumer, or digital-first brands is advantageous.
