We’re partnering with a highly regarded, founder-led premium beauty brand to appoint a Head of Performance Marketing at an exciting stage of its growth journey.

With a distinctive brand, highly engaged customer base and significant international opportunity, the business is entering its next phase of scale.

Following recent investment, there is increased ambition to accelerate digital growth, strengthen customer acquisition and build a best-in-class performance marketing capability.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines deep performance marketing expertise with strong commercial judgement.

You’ll own the strategy across paid acquisition and digital growth, ensuring investment is deployed intelligently to drive profitable, sustainable growth.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the performance marketing strategy and play a critical role in shaping the wider growth agenda.

You’ll be responsible for evolving the brand’s approach to customer acquisition, improving marketing effectiveness and building a sophisticated, data-led performance engine capable of supporting ambitious UK and international growth.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Own and develop the global performance marketing strategy , with accountability for customer acquisition, efficiency and profitable growth.
  • Lead significant investment across paid social, paid search, shopping and emerging acquisition channels , continually assessing where the next growth opportunities lie.
  • Set the commercial framework for performance marketing, balancing revenue growth, CAC, ROAS, LTV and contribution rather than optimising channels in isolation.
  • Build a rigorous approach to forecasting, budgeting, attribution and incrementality , giving leadership clear visibility on marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with e Commerce, Brand, Creative, CRM and Finance to create an integrated growth strategy.
  • Develop a sophisticated testing roadmap across creative, audiences, channels, landing experiences and customer journeys .
  • Translate customer and performance data into actionable insights that improve acquisition, conversion and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth across international markets , adapting channel and investment strategies accordingly.
  • Lead and develop internal performance marketing capability while managing external agencies and technology partners where appropriate.
  • Bring greater pace, experimentation and commercial discipline to the organisation without compromising the strength or integrity of the brand.

About You

We’re looking for an accomplished performance marketing leader who has helped scale a premium, consumer-led digital business .

You will likely bring

  • Significant experience leading performance marketing or digital acquisition within beauty, fashion, luxury, lifestyle or another premium consumer category .
  • A strong track record of managing and scaling meaningful digital marketing budgets.
  • Deep expertise across major acquisition platforms, particularly paid social and paid search .
  • A sophisticated understanding of

CAC, LTV, attribution, incrementality, conversion and marketing contribution .

  • Experience scaling e Commerce businesses across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical capability alongside an instinctive understanding of brand and creative .
  • The ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution — setting the growth agenda while remaining close enough to the detail to challenge assumptions.
  • Experience building high-performing teams and managing agency relationships.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to influence founders, investors and senior stakeholders.

Above all, you’ll understand that exceptional performance marketing in a premium brand is about more than maximising short-term ROAS. You’ll know how to scale acquisition while protecting brand equity, customer quality and long-term value .
