Digital Marketing Director – Iconic Luxury Beauty Company

Four days in the office each week – London. Six‑figure package.

Our client, a luxury beauty brand renowned for high‑performance makeup and skincare, seeks a Digital Marketing Director to lead the D2C business globally. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the entire customer journey, from multi‑channel acquisition and site design & performance to email marketing, retention strategies and more. The position requires a digitally innovative leader with a proven track record in e‑commerce and digital media strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the vision and strategy for the global D2C eCommerce, leading delivery of the go‑to‑market plans in the UK & US.
  • Define the eCommerce roadmap, budget and business plan.
  • Build an integrated media strategy across organic & paid channels, including social, search and affiliate channels to maximise penetration and profitability.
  • Oversee CRM strategy: segmenting customers and personalising campaigns to drive acquisition, conversion and LTV. Leverage email, SMS and push as potential channels.
  • Create a best‑in‑class loyalty programme to drive repeat purchase.
  • Develop a highly motivated and ambitious team to deliver the business plan.

Experience Required

  • Significant understanding of the beauty market.
  • Ideally 8+ years of experience.
  • Extensive experience in eCommerce and digital marketing at head of/director level. Open to beauty, retail, fashion, but beauty brand preferred.
  • Experience leveraging data to build and execute strategies to grow revenue and improve efficiencies.
  • Experience creating and maintaining budgets to ensure effective financial management and optimised spend.
  • Adept at managing external agency relationships.
  • An inspiring team leader (6+ people with a proven track record in delivering a high‑performance culture through coaching, mentoring and leadership).
