Are you looking for an exciting Senior National Account Manager role in a fast growth International beauty company? Then this Senior National Account Manager role could be the perfect role for you!
Our client is recognized for disrupting the premium skin and hair care categories. Reporting to the International Commercial Director, this will be a hands-on role where you will be leading commercial negotiations, developing joint business plans, and working cross-functionally to bring the category and brand story to life.
- Develop and execute dynamic strategic plans to deliver wholesale and retail targets, working collaboratively with retail partners to create strong Joint Business plans for our brands, that will deliver growth and brand KPIs.
- Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, and proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
- Achievement of financial goals, delivering retail, gross and net budgets whilst driving profitability.
We’re looking for a strong account manager with strengths in commercial / P&L management. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communicator capable of building multi-level relationships.
Entrepreneurial sales flair with the ability to recognise/evaluate opportunities and a high level of commercial awareness.
