We are partnering with a globally recognised luxury beauty and skincare business to appoint an experienced Senior HR Business Partner based in London. This is a commercially focused role supporting corporate and retail teams across the UK, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive people strategy, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance.
This opportunity would suit a strategic and hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-led environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams within a premium consumer brand.
The Role
You will play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring operational excellence across a multi-site retail population.
About You
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within retail or multi-site environments ideally in beauty or fashion
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Commercially astute with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases
- Data-driven, solutions-focused, and confident operating in a fast-growth setting
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 preferred)
