What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of corporate and commercial functions
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes
- Developing creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-calibre talent
- Building and nurturing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Delivering a best-in-class candidate experience from first conversation through to offer stage
- Utilising recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring decisions
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and helping showcase an award-winning culture
- Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Partner or Talent Specialist role
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with senior leaders
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously within a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction channels
- Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
- Highly organised with exceptional communication skills
- Experience within beauty, consumer, retail, lifestyle, FMCG or other fast-paced sectors would be advantageous
- Available to commit to a 6-month contract
