Remote role (UK) with a competitive salary. We are partnering with one of the world’s leading global health and wellness supplement brands, with products distributed in over 100 countries. Our client is looking for an Amazon Account Manager to join a talented team based in the UK. You will have full accountability and be responsible for managing the Amazon Vendor UK account, driving sales growth, optimizing product listings, managing advertising campaigns, and developing strategies to increase brand traffic and revenue on Amazon.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Amazon Vendor account, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
  • Responsible for UK & Irish marketplace sales (Amazon, Tesco, Superdrug, + more): Budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing performance monitoring to support accurate planning and commercial decision-making.
  • Contribute specialist execution to support the broader European Amazon operation in close partnership with the Digital team.
  • Translate UK commercial priorities into marketplace actions, including campaign activation, promotional planning, and sales-driving initiatives.
  • Leverage data analysis and performance metrics (e.g., sell-through rate, conversion rate, stock in trade) to identify trends, diagnose issues, and inform strategic decisions to better drive the business.
  • Drive Operational Excellence.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for your category and driving alignment to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Planning, developing and implementing a business plan for Amazon.
  • Acting as the lead point of contact for all NPD planning and Seasonal activity.
  • Agree NPD listings with buyers and plan range and brand expansions.
  • Negotiating cost pricing where relevant.
  • P&L management with finance, assisting in driving divisional profitability and building plans to budget targets.

About you:

  • Degree level education ideally in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience from the VMS category (vitamins, minerals & supplements) or adjacent categories such as health, wellness, food supplements, OTC, or consumer healthcare.
  • Experience from setting up and working with data pipelines, APIs or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Brand Registry, reseller monitoring, and marketplace compliance-related workflows.
  • Knowledge of Amazon’s ecosystem: Understanding of Amazon dynamics and ecosystem and ability to go beyond traditional sales by leveraging levers to drive traffic, conversion and brand presence.
  • Drive, tenacity, and resilience with an ‘anything is possible’ attitude.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong influencing skills – ability to demonstrate thought leadership and proactively manage stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
