About the Role – Children’s Sports Coach
We are looking for a Children’s Sports Coach to deliver engaging, high-quality football sessions across Worcester and surrounding areas. As a Children’s Sports Coach, you will lead fun, structured sessions that help children develop football skills, confidence and social interaction in a safe and enjoyable setting. Sessions will take place at multiple venues across Worcester and surrounding areas, therefore the ability to travel locally is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging football sessions for children aged 2–8 years
- Create a fun, inclusive and safe learning environment
- Teach fundamental football skills through structured activities
- Monitor and support the development of each child
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians when appropriate
- Organise and lead games, activities and session plans
- Ensure equipment and facilities are safe and well maintained
- Deliver excellent customer experience at every session
Requirements – Children’s Sports Coach
We are looking for a Children’s Sports Coach who is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about working with children.
Essential requirements:
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 09:00–11:00)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, energetic and professional attitude
Desirable:
- Experience working with children (coaching, teaching or similar)
- Football coaching experience or qualifications
Additional requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check (required)
- Willingness to complete safeguarding and first aid training (provided)
