Our Client is a Franchise Partner of the Biggest Mobile and Telecommunications company in the UK. We are looking to recruit motivated Retail Sales Advisors to join their store.
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and performance in your store. You will work alongside the store management and sales colleagues to achieve personal and branch targets to make your store a success. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, so will be expected to provide an exceptional level of customer service whilst driving sales opportunities through effective customer interaction.
This role would suit someone currently working in retail sales, but sales experience from other sectors would also be of interest to us. Perhaps you currently work in telesales or in a Call Centre and are interested in starting a career in retail. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be given.
TYPICAL DAY TO DAY TASKS:
- Help reach and exceed sales targets set by Branch Manager
- Keep up to date with the latest products & services on offer
- Meet and greet customers, deliver a world class customer experience to every customer you interact with.
- Process sales transactions (mobile broadband, sim subscriptions and general sales)
- Cross and upsell products and services at every given opportunity and use effectively next best activity.
- Carry out demonstrations of devices and accessories
- Handle challenges presented by customers in a positive and constructive manner. If deemed ideal, share and follow them up within the team with your seniors.
- Know and apply the data protection laws when and where relevant.
- Make sure stores are clean and tidy at all times.
About You:
- You should have a good understanding of technology - particularly when it comes to mobile phones, tablets etc.
- You should be an excellent communicator with a natural flair for sales and customer experience.
