Our Client is currently on the lookout for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team based in Archway. The ideal candidate would be extremely organised, have excellent communication skills and have a passion for the industry. You will be a team player but also able to hit the ground running, able to work with minimal supervision. This is a fast-paced industry which is heavily targeted so please only apply for this role if you have lots of drive, ambition and commitment.

Key duties

  • Obtain new business and acquisitions (incentive scheme for your benefit)
  • Responding to telephone, website leads & using internal software
  • Applicant and viewing management
  • Conducting viewings with applicants
  • Keeping in regular contact with all potential clients, updating records accordingly.
  • Negotiating offers between applicants and closing deals as well as seeing them through to completion
  • Answering general enquiries from applicants
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Liaising with landlords and/or vendors to boost repeat business and referrals

Key Skills

  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sales and/or lettings negotiator
  • Excellent Negotiation and Influencing skills
  • Commitment to service standards
  • A great telephone manner
  • A commitment to learning and to self-development

Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary of £22,000 to £24,000 per annum; OTE £30,000 to £40,000 (uncapped)
