Kiwi House Care Home in Derby is seeking a Care Team Leader to lead the day care team and ensure residents receive exceptional, person‑centred care in a safe environment.
You will supervise, mentor and develop the day team, oversee care planning, medication management and regulatory compliance.
You will work with the Home Manager on admissions, audits and service improvements; weekend work is required on a pattern of 6 on/4 off with shifts 7-3, 10-6 and 1-9.
