To support the delivery of several ASF contracts, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Delivery Trainer with a strong background in Health & Social Care to deliver engaging online short courses to adult learners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing others, enjoys delivering interactive online learning and is committed to helping learners achieve positive outcomes.

The Role

As one of our Delivery Trainers, you will deliver engaging online Health & Social Care short courses to adult learners, supporting them throughout their learning journey from induction through to successful completion. Working remotely as part of our delivery team, you will inspire, motivate and support learners while ensuring a high-quality learning experience and maintaining excellent learner engagement and achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality online Health & Social Care short courses using Microsoft Teams or other virtual learning platforms.
  • Create an engaging, inclusive and interactive learning environment.
  • Support learners throughout their programme, providing guidance, encouragement and constructive feedback.
  • Monitor learner attendance, participation and progress.
  • Complete all learner documentation accurately and within required timescales.
  • Ensure all delivery complies with awarding organisation and funding requirements.
  • Identify learners requiring additional support and work with colleagues to meet individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate learner records and complete all associated administration.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations team to ensure excellent learner outcomes.
  • Keep knowledge of the Health & Social Care sector up to date.

About You

  • Experience working within the Health & Social Care sector.
  • Previous experience delivering training, teaching or coaching adults.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident delivering engaging online learning sessions.
  • Passionate about supporting learners to achieve their goals.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Competent using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
  • Positive, enthusiastic and learner-focused approach.

Desirable

  • A recognised teaching or training qualification (AET, PTLLS, CET, DTLLS or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering funded adult learning programmes.
  • Knowledge of ASF-funded provision.
  • Assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
  • Experience supporting adult learners with differing learning needs.
