About the job
You will manage a remote caseload of learners, guiding them through their apprenticeship journey. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality coaching, tailored support, and regular progress tracking to ensure every learner reaches their full potential and successfully completes their programme.
Visiting learners in the workplace/remotely and training and assessing them as part of their Apprenticeship programme to ensure the successful outcome for the apprenticeship in line with contractual requirements and targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Coach and mentor learners on Level 3-5 Coaching Professional and Leadership/Management standards.
• Deliver engaging 1:1 coaching sessions and group learning via virtual platforms.
• Prepare learners for End-Point Assessment (EPA) and ensure timely achievement.
• Track progress and implement interventions where necessary to maintain engagement.
• Liaise with employers to ensure training aligns with business needs and apprenticeship criteria.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records in line with funding and Ofsted requirements.
• Provide pastoral support and motivation to learners facing challenges.
• Stay current with industry trends to enhance delivery and learner outcomes.
· Prepare, agree, and review assessment plans with each candidate.
· Create learner portfolios to agreed target standards and ensure they are submitted on time.
· Carry out learner visits at least monthly either face to face in the workplace or remotely to provide support.
· Carry out employer visits to complete Progress reviews.

· If you have Vocational expertise in management, leadership and business and would like to get involved in coaching the future of leaders, managers and business professionals and have a genuine passion for supporting learners to thrive in their careers, we would like to hear from you.
You will need:
· Proven experience coaching or training learners in apprenticeship or education settings.
· Experience delivering Coaching Professional Level 3 – 5 and/or leadership/management programmes.
· Vocational Experience in your field
· Own transport and the ability to cover the South if required. (Remote delivery)
· Have good, written and verbal communication skills and be able to relate well to staff and learners of all abilities.
· Be able to prioritise and manage workload which will include time management of travel to various locations to visit, if necessary, train and assess learners.
· To have the ability and desire to deliver taught training sessions to both groups and individuals with regards to the full Apprenticeship standard which includes Vocational Qualification
· Be able to work with an organised and methodical approach.
· Be able to work effectively under pressure to meet contract deadlines.
· Self-motivated but equally work well in a team setting.
· Good literacy and numeracy (GCSE A-C or equivalent) essential
