Job Description
The College is seeking to appoint the ideal candidate to become a member of the College Management Team, as a Deputy Head of School in the Maths department. This role will involve supporting the day-to-day management of the curriculum within the department and supporting the Head of School in the development and management of both staff and students; ensuring an outstanding experience for students.
The successful candidate must have:
- A Degree or professional qualification in relevant discipline
- A Teaching qualification
- Teaching experience within the FE or Secondary School Sector
- Line management experience
- An ability to manage and lead across more than one subject area/specialism, with experience in at least one area of the school
- Evidence of supporting a team to achieve results
- A proven record of demonstrating excellence in teaching.
