We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable individual to join our esteemed team in Bude. This part-time position within our thriving Residential Sales Department offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our continued success and deliver exceptional customer service.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be confident, well-presented and articulate, with a strong command of computer systems. Previous experience in sales and familiarity with the property industry is advantageous. A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently project a professional, friendly and polished image, ensuring the highest standard of customer care to secure recommendations and repeat business.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, keeping them informed of all negotiation progress.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all office IT and communication systems.
- Accurately measure, photograph and produce detailed sales particulars for properties.
- Deliver professional service to clients, striving to achieve the best possible price for their property in the current market.
- Conduct thorough interviews with applicants to identify their property requirements.
- Proactively engage with applicants, swiftly matching them with suitable properties.
- Negotiate with potential buyers, safeguarding our vendors' interests, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Conduct viewings and provide feedback to vendors.
- Regularly update clients on the progress of their property sale and marketing efforts, in collaboration with the team.
- Efficiently manage the sale process from agreement of terms to exchange of contracts, ensuring a smooth completion and handover of the property.
Working Hours
3 days per week 8:45am to 5:30pm (Friday essential and preferably Wednesday and Thursday).
