We’re Hiring a Payment Operations Specialist Who Can
- Build and optimize global payment infrastructure

- Manage and expand relationships with PSPs like Stripe, Adyen, Paddle, and Checkout.com
- Evaluate and onboard new providers to optimize global coverage and conversion
- Design Smart Payment Logic
- Use orchestration tools (e.g. Primer) to route, retry, and recover transactions intelligently

- Implement automation and monitoring to make global payments stable, transparent, and future-proof
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of experience in payment operations, fintech, or PSP management
- Hands-on experience with Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, Checkout.com, and payment orchestration tools
- Proven success improving payment conversion via routing, retry logic, or network tokenization
- Strong analytical skills — confident in SQL, Sheets/Excel, or Looker
- Experience with chargeback management and fraud mitigation
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills
- Fluent English, ownership mindset, execution-first attitude
Not For
- People who’ve only handled payment support, not strategy
- Operators who avoid data or automation
- Managers who need micromanagement
- Anyone uncomfortable working cross-functionally or owning outcomes
Bonus Points
- Experience managing multi-entity or subscription-based payment systems
- Familiarity with PCI DSS, PSD2/SCA, and 3DS optimization
- Strong understanding of LTV, churn, and revenue forecasting
