KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, funnels and post-purchase upsells. You will set strategy, build the backlog, brief QA tests and ship winning variants in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
You have 3–4+ years CRO experience with Shopify DTC brands, deep Intelligems know-how, and a proven track record improving CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor. Flux of tests and data-driven decisions drive our growth.
