Business Development Consultant – Apprenticeships

HRUC (Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges) is a merged College Group, based in West London. We have five campuses at Harrow on the Hill, Harrow Weald, Hayes, Uxbridge and Richmond upon Thames. Maternity cover from April 2026 until April 2027.

We are looking for a driven, energetic and passionate Business Development Consultant with a strong background in Apprenticeships to support our Technical Apprenticeship provision selling learner training solutions to levy paying employers. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth for our apprenticeships division and account managing our existing employers.

We Are Seeking Someone Who

• Has an aproven track record of a consultative approach in sales within the education sector, focusing on apprenticeships
• Has a genuine interest in helping others succeed through education and training
• Is a dynamic collaborator and a solution oriented salesperson

You will need to possess a driving licence and the use of your own personal transport as this post will involve travelling across the UK. This role can involve some hybrid/remote working, to be discussed and agreed on appointment.
