Kitts Green Academy are looking for a construction instructor with a passion for supporting boys to develop skills in the construction industry, under the guidance of the leadership Team. We are looking for someone who will deliver our Curriculum across the academy for learners with SEMH.
As the construction instructor in the school, you will be responsible for ensuring that every learner enjoys an excellent experience in your lessons and will work very closely with the rest of the team in planning and delivering interesting and engaging sequences of lessons. You will be provided with a stimulating environment and will have a range of suitable resources to accompany curriculum implementation. The role is 36.5 hours per week. Although the working pattern for the role will be term-time only, the successful candidate will be paid all year round to account for any extra planning necessary.

Experience and Qualifications
- Experience of working with children (experience with SEMH preferable)
- Level 3 qualification equivalent or above in specialist subject area or closely related discipline
- Appropriate assessing qualification preferable
