The Role
As People & Talent Executive, you’ll play a key part in delivering a seamless people experience across Kitt, supporting the full employee lifecycle and helping us attract and retain top talent. In the short term, you’ll work closely with our fractional Head of People to support the team during a maternity cover period. In the long term, you’ll continue to grow your career in a business that values growth & development, continuous improvement, and a high performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to support for People & Talent queries across the business
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for new joiners
- Maintain and update our People systems (HiBob & Workable)
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure employee records are up to date and compliant with UK legislation
- Assist with running engagement surveys and gathering employee feedback
- Help organise and deliver company events and socials
- Support wider People & Talent projects and initiatives as needed
About You
- Proactive, organised and reliable – you take pride in making things run smoothly
- Previous experience in a People/HR or recruitment support role, ideally in a growing company
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-changing environment
- A confident communicator who builds trust and rapport easily
- Tech-savvy with HR systems (we use HiBob) and ATSs (we use Workable)
- Enthusiastic about creating a positive, inclusive employee experience
- Curious and eager to grow your People career – you want to learn and take on more responsibility over time

- Starting salary of between £34,000 – £46,000
