Responsibilities:
- Run a first assessment of the situation: carry out repairs or recommend a specialist contractor on site.
- Perform site inspections, identify and report the need for major repairs.
- Attend when contractors work on sites to ensure completion meets Kitt’s standards.
- Perform maintenance and repairs including leaks, changing taps, general plumbing, tiling, minor electrical works, lock changes and basic decorating work such as painting and picture hanging.
- Support the operations team during tenant move‑ins (whiteboards, fixing TVs on walls, etc.).
- Perform light carpentry such as building cabinets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience within maintenance or construction.
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
- A qualification in HVAC is desired but not essential.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and creative solutions.
- Good communication skills and confidence in front of clients.
- Well‑organised with good attention to detail.
- Adherence to health and safety and the ability to spot potential issues before they arise.
- Comfortable working alone and as part of a team.
