Kitt designs and operates workspace for the world's most vibrant brands. From managing the design and build, to creating an elevated ongoing experience, we create spaces that are worth leaving home for.

The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, high-calibre Chartered Surveyor to help build and manage our property management function, while gaining hands-on exposure to more strategic, commercially focused work. This newly created role will work directly with our Real Estate Director to shape, grow, and operate our expanding building management portfolio, playing a key part in how we scale in 2026 and beyond.

You will be:

  • Leading the operational management of our buildings, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance, strong budget control, and consistently high standards across the portfolio.
  • Working cross-functionally with our internal teams to resolve issues efficiently, improve processes, and enhance the occupier experience.
  • Supporting landlord advisory work, strengthening whole-building thinking and helping shape strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Contributing to asset management initiatives by analysing building performance and identifying opportunities to drive value and efficiency.
  • Developing key landlord accounts, nurturing relationships, and representing Kitt credibly with senior stakeholders.
  • Taking full ownership of work from brief to delivery, ensuring accuracy, reducing rework, and freeing senior leaders to focus on growth.

About you

You’re a Chartered Surveyor (2+ years PQE) who has mastered the operational side of property management and is ready for more; more strategy, more ownership, and more exposure to senior-level advisory work. You have the technical depth to manage buildings confidently, paired with the commercial instinct to understand how decisions impact value, experience, and long-term relationships. You’re credible in front of clients and comfortable taking responsibility for work that needs to be delivered well, accurately, and without hand-holding. You enjoy solving problems, refining processes, and finding smarter ways to run buildings that enhance both occupier experience and landlord outcomes. Most importantly, you’re ambitious. You want to grow quickly, learn directly from senior leaders, and play a key role in building Kitt’s building management portfolio in 2026. You thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments where your work has a visible impact.

Why Kitt?

The world of work has shifted forever. As people everywhere prioritise purpose over their paychecks, company culture has been thrown into the spotlight. But the problem is, too many companies are showing up to work in bland, cookie-cutter offices. We’re leading this change. Real company culture can only be built in-person, in the real world – and for it to be authentic it needs its very own, personalised space. That’s why we create offices as unique as the brands and the people who work there. We’re long-term culture partners to our clients long after they’ve signed the lease and chosen the paint colours.
