Our Mid-Level Leasing Managers are the ultimate Kitt brand ambassadors. As a point of contact for our prospective tenants and their agents, you’ll work to let fully managed and fitted spaces. The role goes beyond pure office leasing, as you will collaborate with our internal operations and delivery teams to build bespoke packages that meet our tenants’ unique business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with brokers, ensuring Kitt is consistently top of mind as their preferred managed office partner.
  • Champion our buildings in London by actively promoting them through your strong network.
  • Conduct tenant viewings with business leaders ranging from HR managers to CEOs.
  • Partner with internal teams to create and present detailed, customised proposals with information such as floor plans and projected costs.
  • Lead on deal negotiations for our landlord partners with prospective tenants and their agents.
  • Agree Licence Agreement and Managed Lease terms by all parties with the assistance of senior members of the team, before handing over to the Real Estate Advisory team to complete the legal and programme management to move in.
  • Keep our CRM, HubSpot, up to date with accurate deal and activity data to ensure visibility across the business and support forecasting.
  • Advise landlords on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for their buildings and lead on the implementation of these alongside the marketing team.
  • Stay on top of market availability, trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and positioning.

About you

  • You have good understanding and experience of both the traditional leasing and flexible office industries.
  • You have a strong network of Agents and Brokers in the London Office Market.
  • You’re target-driven and always looking to exceed expectations.
  • You’re a natural communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly, both internally and externally.
  • You’re organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a busy and changing environment.
  • You’re always looking for ways to grow your knowledge and skillset, and you're open to feedback.
  • You can read between the lines and synthesise information coming from multiple sources into accessible and digestible updates.
  • You demonstrate a resilient and a positive mindset, maintaining momentum in the face of setbacks.
  • You’re able to conduct a consultative sales approach and are comfortable with a 2-4 month sales cycle.
