Are you an experienced Private Client Lawyer looking for your next career move? As a highly regarded law firm in Dorset, we are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our expanding Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career within a supportive and progressive firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied portfolio of private client matters, including probate, estate administration, care of the elderly, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Trusts.
- Providing expert legal advice and support to clients and colleagues within the Private Client team.
- Delivering efficient and compassionate client service while maintaining the highest professional standards.
- Assisting clients with sensitive and complex matters in a clear, practical and approachable manner.
About You
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience. You will also demonstrate:
- Strong experience in Wills, LPAs and estate administration.
- Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills.
- A practical and empathetic approach to client relationships.
- Ideally, some experience in trust work, although this is not essential.
