Kitson Associates is recruiting for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join a well-established UK residential developer delivering high-quality new build housing across the East Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a role where they can take ownership of multiple projects while working within a supportive and growing team.
The Role:
- Managing 2–3 sites simultaneously across the core East Midlands region
- Coordinating technical information from planning through to completion
- Working closely with internal teams, consultants and site teams
- Ensuring design solutions meet programme and build requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Experience within Engineering and/or Architecture
- Previous experience working for a UK residential developer (essential)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple live projects
