Kitson Associates is recruiting for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join a well-established UK residential developer delivering high-quality new build housing across the East Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a role where they can take ownership of multiple projects while working within a supportive and growing team.

The Role:

  • Managing 2–3 sites simultaneously across the core East Midlands region
  • Coordinating technical information from planning through to completion
  • Working closely with internal teams, consultants and site teams
  • Ensuring design solutions meet programme and build requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience within Engineering and/or Architecture
  • Previous experience working for a UK residential developer (essential)
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple live projects
