Senior Technical Coordinator (Residential Apartments & Extra Care)

Up to £60,000 + package

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of new apartment and extra care developments, we’re looking to appoint an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join an expanding technical team.

You’ll take ownership of the technical delivery across multiple residential schemes, coordinating consultants, managing technical design from planning through to completion, and supporting site teams throughout construction.

Key Experience:

• Proven background as a Technical Coordinator within the housing industry
• Strong experience delivering apartment schemes (extra care experience highly desirable)
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential construction
• Confident managing consultants and complex designs
