Due to continued growth, my client is seeking an experienced Senior Land Manager to join their team based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning housebuilder.

Role and Responsibilities
- Proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities
- Lead and supervise bid submissions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Negotiate legal agreements and manage the pre-sale opportunities with key partners.
- Identify, assess, and pursue potential land opportunities
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in planning, land acquisition, and partnership development.
- Current network and contacts within the West Midlands area.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, capable of engaging with senior decision-makers.
