Role and Responsibilities
- Proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities
- Lead and supervise bid submissions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Negotiate legal agreements and manage the pre-sale opportunities with key partners
- Identify, assess, and pursue potential land opportunities
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in planning, land acquisition, and partnership development
- Current network and contacts within the Northamptonshire and surrounding areas
