Sales Executive New Build Housing
Saltash
Up to £30,000 + OTE circa £50,000 (uncapped)
Due to a new region opening and continued success my client is now expanding their sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be one of the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, and will liaise with solicitors, estate agents, bank and building society managers, and valuers.
We are currently recruiting for 2 locations, DAWLISH and SALTASH
Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our homes, construction methods, local area information, competitors, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Personal Safety Policies, including making visitors aware of PPE requirements in construction areas.
- Proactively approach prospects, track and follow up on all visitors, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Complete reservations and sales paperwork promptly, ensuring buyers understand the entire process, from finance to legal aspects.
Skills & Experience
- Current experience working for a New Build developer or Estate Agency is essential
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to recognize key buying signals and negotiate effectively.
- Target-driven with excellent self-motivation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays, which are peak times for new home sales. You\’ll enjoy one weekend off every four weeks.
- Full UK Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is required for this role.
