Role
- Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional results across multiple sites.
- Drive sales strategy, pricing, and customer journey to maximise revenue and profitability.

- An established Sales Director (or very experienced Head of Sales ready for the step up) within the new build housing industry.
- Proven track record of delivering sustained sales growth within a residential developer.
- Commercially astute, strategic, and hands-on when needed.
- A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
- East Midlands base, with flexibility to travel across sites as required.
