Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide essential administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager and Director.
- Handle various sales administration tasks, including preparing and updating contracts.
- Carefully review and verify contracts received from solicitors.
- Keep internal systems updated with new property releases and pricing changes.
- Organize and facilitate new site legal meetings, managing the process through to the issue of initial legal documents.
