Sales Coordinator – New Build Housing

Kitson Associates is proud to partner with a leading housebuilder in their search for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their welcoming team in Birmingham!

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide essential administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager and Director.
• Handle various sales administration tasks, including preparing and updating contracts.
• Carefully review and verify contracts received from solicitors.
• Keep internal systems updated with new property releases and pricing changes.
• Organize and facilitate new site legal meetings, managing the process through to the issue of initial legal documents.
