You will report to the Commercial Director and be trusted to manage your own projects without constant pressure or micromanagement. The team is supportive, understanding, and realistic about life outside of work. Family comes first here, and flexibility is offered when needed.
The Role
- Managing costs from pre-construction through to final account
- Leading procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reporting
- Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and commercial risks
- Working closely with site teams and senior management
- Mentoring and supporting junior surveyors where required
- Driving commercial performance across projects
