A fantastic opportunity for a Planner to join a growing residential developer delivering new homes across the East Midlands. You’ll be involved across the full planning lifecycle, from site appraisal through to delivery and appeals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning applications, reserved matters & discharge of conditions
  • Coordinate consultant teams and assist with appeals
  • Deliver site appraisals, policy research & constraint analysis
  • Monitor application progress and liaise with local authorities
  • Support community consultation and attend site & project meetings
  • Assist with appeal statements and public inquiry documentation

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Town Planning or related discipline (RTPI preferred)
  • RTPI Chartered or working towards
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a developer, consultancy or local authority environment
  • Strong UK planning knowledge and report writing skills
  • Proactive, organised and confident communicator
  • Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle
