We’re working with a well-established new build housing developer in Staffordshire who is looking for a Commercial Secretary to support their growing commercial department.
- 25 days of annual leave, with the option to buy additional days
- A brand new, modern office environment
- Setting up and maintaining contractor and supplier records and contact details
- Assisting the Commercial Director with diary management, meetings, travel, and emails when needed
- Managing options and upgrades, including gathering site information and issuing orders to subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Handling telephone orders for deliveries and ensuring everything is logged and tracked correctly
