The Role

  • Managing costs from pre-construction through to final account
  • Leading procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reporting
  • Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and commercial risks
  • Working closely with site teams and senior management
  • Mentoring and supporting junior surveyors where required
  • Driving commercial performance across projects
