Kitson Associates is excited to be partnering with a respected regional housebuilder seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial performance across multiple new-build residential and partnership developments in the West Midlands.

The role:
- Leading the commercial delivery across several live sites
- Managing and mentoring QSs
- Overseeing cost control, valuations & final accounts
- Working closely with operational and client teams
- Driving value and improving margins across ongoing schemes
Skills and experience:
- New build housing experience (ideally from a volume UK builder)
- Partnerships/HA or Local Authority background
- JCT/NHF knowledge
- Senior QS or Managing QS experience - essential
- Strong communication and leadership skills
