Due to regional growth, we are recruiting for experienced New Homes Sales Executives across Nottinghamshire & Leicestershire.
- Conducting property demonstrations and handling customer enquiries professionally.
- Building strong relationships with customers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and site administration.
- Ensuring show homes, marketing suites, and sales materials are presented to a high standard.
- Monitoring competitor activity and local market trends.
- Supporting marketing initiatives and promotional events.
- Achieving agreed sales and financial targets.
Previous experience within sales or a customer-facing role is required. New Homes experience is desirable but not essential. Good IT and administration skills including Microsoft Office are necessary. A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is required. Flexibility to work weekends is expected.
