Kitson Associates are pleased to share a newly created Senior Sales Manager position working for a leading housing developer as they continue to grow and expand their portfolio across Northamptonshire and surrounding regions. This role will report into the Sales Director.

The Role
As Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance across multiple sites, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring a first-class customer journey from enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team across multiple live and upcoming developments.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Manage pricing strategies and release phases to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Oversee the customer journey, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth completions.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of local markets, competitor activity, and emerging trends.
- Support with staff recruitment, training, and professional development.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales management role within the housing sector is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a successful sales team.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
- A thorough understanding of the new homes sales process from pre-launch to completion.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across sites.
