Overview: Senior Quantity Surveyor – New Build Housing – Warwickshire. Competitive package. Kitson Associates is working with an ambitious new build developer that has opened a new region in Warwickshire and is entering an exciting phase of growth. As part of this expansion, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in shaping the commercial function of the business.
This is an opportunity for someone who is confident working with minimal supervision, enjoys taking ownership, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll be joining at a pivotal time where your input will genuinely influence processes, projects, and the future direction of the team and you will report to the Commercial Director.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the commercial aspects of multiple new-build residential projects
- Working closely with the wider delivery team to ensure cost control and value optimisation
- Taking ownership of procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Supporting the growth of the commercial team as the business expands
