This is a rare opportunity to step into a second-in-command role in a growing region, working closely with the Land Director. Role and Responsibilities
- Proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities
- Lead and supervise bid submissions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Negotiate legal agreements and manage the pre-sale opportunities with key partners.
- Identify, assess, and pursue potential land opportunities
- Willing to roll your sleeves up to support and grow the region
Ideal Background
- Experience operating at Senior Land Manager level for a UK developer
- Strong partnerships / JV experience - essential
- Active network across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire - essential
- Commercially driven and confident negotiator
