Kitson Associates are pleased to share a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Land Manager to join an award-winning housebuilder based in the East Midlands.

Excellent salary of up to Β£85,000 (depending on experience) + OTE of Β£185,000 + Package. Hybrid working if required.

  • Negotiate legal agreements and manage the pre-sale opportunities with key partners.
  • Proven experience in planning, land acquisition, and partnership development.
  • Current network and contacts within the East Midlands with a focus on Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement.
