We are working with a privately owned developer known for its strong reputation, and are proud to have achieved 5-star status for six consecutive years! You will report to the Commercial Director and be trusted to manage your own projects without constant pressure or micromanagement. The Role
- Managing costs from pre-construction through to final account
- Leading procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reporting
- Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and commercial risks
- Working closely with site teams and senior management
- Mentoring and supporting junior surveyors where required
- Driving commercial performance across projects
