This role plays a key part in ensuring customers feel supported and valued from the moment they move into their new homes.

What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers after legal completion
- Coordinating with contractors and site teams to resolve customer queries efficiently
- Ensuring materials and labour are arranged before work begins
- Personally checking in with customers post-move-in to ensure satisfaction
- Producing accurate and timely documentation for all customer care activities
- Keeping the customer database up-to-date
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a Customer service or aftercare role, ideally within construction
- Strong organisational and planning skills—you can juggle tasks with ease
- A team player who’s confident working with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
