Due to regional growth we are recruiting for experienced New Homes Sales Executives in Coventry & Leicestershire.

The Role

  • Delivering an outstanding customer journey from enquiry to completion
  • Conducting property demonstrations and handling customer enquiries professionally
  • Building strong relationships with customers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and site administration
  • Ensuring show homes, marketing suites, and sales materials are presented to a high standard
  • Monitoring competitor activity and local market trends
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and promotional events
  • Achieving agreed sales and financial targets

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within sales or a customer-facing role
  • New Homes experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Professional, motivated, and customer-focused approach
  • Good IT and administration skills including Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
