Due to internal promotion, my client, a successful privately owned housing developer, is looking for a Civil Engineer to join the team based in Staffordshire. This role reports to the Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop road and sewer designs in collaboration with regulatory bodies to address all associated engineering issues.
- Prepare and coordinate detailed Section 38 and Section 104 designs.
- Produce external levels drawings and private drainage drawings.
- Assemble and deliver comprehensive civil engineering packages.
- Oversee the resolution of engineering and building-related issues.
- Assist in discharging engineering-related planning conditions.
- Arrange Section 38 and Section 104 maintenance inspections and bond releases.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working for a UK-based house builder or engineering consultancy is essential.
- Strong background in engineering design production.
- HNC in Civil Engineering Studies or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years in a Civil Engineering role.
- Extensive knowledge of Section 38, 104, and 278 agreements.
- Proficiency in highway design standards, sewers for adoption, and Building Regs.
- PDS design software.
- Micro Drainage design software.
- AutoCAD.
