The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Due to regional growth we are recruiting for experienced New Homes Sales Executives across Nottinghamshire & Leicestershire.

  • Conducting property demonstrations and handling customer enquiries professionally.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and site administration.
  • Ensuring show homes, marketing suites, and sales materials are presented to a high standard.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and local market trends.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and promotional events.
  • Achieving agreed sales and financial targets.

Previous experience within sales or a customer-facing role is required. New Homes experience is desirable but not essential. Good IT and administration skills including Microsoft Office are necessary. A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is required, along with flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
