We are looking for a Civil Engineer who wants to do more than just deliver drawings; someone who takes real pride in creating beautifully designed developments. You will be joining a small but highly regarded housebuilder in Staffordshire, known for building exceptional homes with real attention to detail. It's a chance to work closely with an experienced team, make a visible impact on projects, and enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and managing roads, drainage, and infrastructure for high-quality residential sites
- Working with consultants, local authorities, and on-site teams to solve challenges creatively
- Handling Section 38, 104 & 278 agreements and supporting technical submissions
What we're looking for:
- Background in residential or infrastructure civil engineering
- Confident with AutoCAD and drainage design software (MicroDrainage / Causeway Flow)
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys variety and ownership
- Comfortable travelling across sites in the East and West Midlands
