Do you love cake? Are you a show stopping baker that wants to be part of our happy crew? We are hoping to find an experienced like-minded baker to join us! While you don't have to be traditionally trained or qualified, we require consistency and attention to detail. Even though our products are homemade in-house, quality is key.
Applicants should be able to evidence their work (bring us some pics) and have knowledge of food hygiene regulations and procedures. All training and qualifications can be provided. We'd love a deep understanding of our brand and offerings to be able to develop our products in keeping with our style. What can you make that we don't already do?!
The applicant needs to be able to help us with our celebration cakes as well as individual items required for sale on the premises and for our wholesale clients. We love a birthday. We love a wedding. You get the gist.
Applicants should be highly organised - able to keep on top of all scheduling, orders, stock management, health and safety and environmental health records. This position requires some flexibility in working hours as evening work may be required. Applicants need to be enthusiastic and happy to join an existing chatty crew in our fast-paced, award-winning business.
Salary negotiable depending on experience. This is currently the only bakers position available so we will only consider applicants who can meet all the criteria. Get in touch if you'd like to come have a chat.
